• Site analytics: anonymised usage data (pages visited, device type).
• Cookies: functional cookies for the booking flow. No marketing/tracking cookies are set without your consent (see banner).

3. Why we collect it

• To fulfil your booking and contact you about it (legal basis: contract).
• To send booking confirmations and reminders (legal basis: contract).
• To comply with insurance and accounting obligations (legal basis: legal obligation).

4. Who we share with

• Square — to process card payments.
• Resend — to send confirmation emails on our behalf.
• postcodes.io — to calculate delivery distance.
• We never sell your data.

5. How long we keep it

Booking records: 6 years (UK tax law). Marketing emails (if you opt-in): until you unsubscribe.
